I rated five star, not because it's a five star restaurant, but because it is by far the best deal for Chinese food in Farmington Hills. Lucky for us, and Mitzy, our favorite local thai restaurant is closed Sunday's and we really wanted some lo mein. So we yelped around and found this hidden gem. I spent $34 and we got 2 entrees, 3 apps, some fried rice and wonton soup. I have about 2 meals left for me and the kids on that order. The soup was under $2 and it was enough to go around the whole family. (Most Chinese places you get one, maybe two wontons in the soup. This one had 5) The quality of food at that price point is no where else to be found around here. Must try!

Everything that a good take-out place should be: food is good, quick whether you call ahead or drop by to order, gets the order right, good pricing, and friendly. The boyfriend and I usually get an order of Chicken Fried Rice, no veggies because he hates em, with a small order of Broccoli on the side, because I love veggies. This brings our total to just over $10 for a yummy dinner for two

Chinese carry out only. Great food. Been eating here for almost 20 years. On the rare occasion, that we have Chinese from another restaurant, we are quickly reminded why Mitzi's is our favorite - great price, quantity and quality. The large tray of sweet and sour chicken is great as a party appetizer.

Mitzi's is wonderful! Not only is the food good, but Mitzi, herself, is so kind and sweet once you get to know her. My family is always satisfied with the food whenever we go. Beef with Broccoli is the family favorite :) Meat is tender and the food is definitely worth the price.

Steamed dumplings are wonderful. Wonton soup is no so good. Rice noodles, called silver noodles here were good as well.

The food is good and the service is nice. The rice, meat and vegetables were fresh and taste very good. Everything was cooked well and maintain a great fresh taste. The flavor was mild and taste very authentic. Good food in a convenient location. A good combination.

This place smells great when I'm in the area, so I had my Girl Friend stop by to bring home some General Tso's Chicken. Not only was it very highly priced for Chinese carry-out it was way under par. The Egg Drop soup was inedible, and everything else was soggy.

Mitzi is a win, I moved to FH just a few month ago and happen to drive by Mitzi a few times, one night while craving Chicken Fried Rice (No veggies) I figured I would give it a try. Solid Chinese take out, no frills, very quick and friendly. Pretty much every dish we've tried has been extremely mild, often to the point of way too sweet for my taste- so if you need spice or heat- be sure to let them know!
